About Me
Hello! My name is Amy. I am currently studying to become a primary teacher in Sydney and am enjoying it immensely! I cannot wait until I get out into the big wide world to teach. I am so fascinated by the way that children learn and develop. It amazes me that they think so differently to adults. It’s difficult to imagine that I was that young at one stage and learning through play, watching and listening.
Primary school is such a critical time for growth and development for children, and I want to be the one to give them a supportive environment that will help them turn into the best possible people they can be. I am also one to focus on all aspects of wellbeing, as to me, this creates the most well-rounded person.
School should be a fun and unforgettable experience - if I can put a smile on their faces I will be happy - so for the moment I am interested in learning all about kids and the best ways to teach them in order to achieve this.
